Referral Program
Terms & Conditions

1Eligibility

To participate in the Your Home Loan Consultant referral program, the following conditions must be met:

• The referrer must be an existing client of Your Home Loan Consultant who has previously settled a loan through James.
• The referred person must be a new contact — they must not already exist in the Your Home Loan Consultant database at the time the referral is submitted.
• The referral must be submitted via the official referral page at yourhomeloanconsultant.com.au/refer.
• The referred person must confirm they are aware their details are being passed on and consent to being contacted.

2Qualifying Loan Criteria

A referral qualifies for the gift voucher reward when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• The referred person proceeds with a home loan application through Your Home Loan Consultant.
• The loan is formally settled with a lender.
• The total settled loan amount is $250,000 or greater.

3Gift Voucher Details

Upon qualification, the referrer will receive a $200 digital gift voucher. The referrer may choose one of the following:

• Coles eGift Card — $200 value
• Woolworths eGift Card — $200 value

Gift vouchers are issued digitally via Macquarie Marketplace and delivered to the referrer's email address held on file with Your Home Loan Consultant.

• Vouchers are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
• Only one voucher is issued per settled referral.
• There is no limit on the number of qualifying referrals a single referrer may submit.

4Program Start Date

The referral program is effective from 1 July 2026.

5Exclusions

The following referrals do not qualify for the gift voucher reward:

• Referred persons who are already existing contacts in the Your Home Loan Consultant database at the time of referral submission.
• Referrals submitted before 1 July 2026.
• Self-referrals — a person may not refer themselves.
• Referrals where the referred person does not proceed to a settled loan.
• Referrals where the settled loan amount is below $250,000.
• Referrals submitted outside of the official referral page.
• Referrals where the referred person's details were not submitted with their knowledge and consent.

6Voucher Fulfilment

Your Home Loan Consultant will issue the gift voucher within 30 days of the referred loan's settlement date.

The referrer will be contacted via email to confirm their voucher preference (Coles or Woolworths) prior to the voucher being issued. The voucher will then be delivered digitally to the referrer's email address on file.

7Program Amendments and Termination

Your Home Loan Consultant reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Any changes to the program will be reflected on this page. Referrals submitted and qualified prior to any program changes will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of the qualifying settlement.

8Privacy

Your Home Loan Consultant collects the referred person's personal information (name, email address, and phone number) for the sole purpose of making contact to discuss home loan options.

• Personal information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties.
• Information is stored securely within Your Home Loan Consultant's CRM system.
• By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms that the referred person has consented to their details being passed on and to being contacted by Your Home Loan Consultant.
• Referred persons may request removal of their details at any time by contacting James directly.

Your Home Loan Consultant handles all personal information in accordance with their privacy-policy

9Limitation of Liability

Your Home Loan Consultant accepts no liability for:

• Referrals that do not result in a settled loan for reasons outside Your Home Loan Consultant's control.
• Delays in voucher delivery caused by incorrect contact details held on file.
• The availability, terms, or value of Coles or Woolworths gift vouchers as determined by those retailers.
• Any tax implications arising from the receipt of a gift voucher. Referrers are responsible for their own tax obligations.
